SUMMER WEIGHTS
"We have taken a look at the most preferred times on the sign up sheets for the summer workouts, and to meet the needs of 'the largest majority" we have set workout times for 6:30am and 8:30am for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. All athletes are encouraged to show up. They can come to either time that works best for them. Just a reminder, a $50 deposit will need to be turned into Mr. McBride or Ms. Coseo either before the end of school, or the first couple of workouts. If the deposit is not collected during the first couple of workouts the athlete will be asked to leave until the deposit is turned in. Students on free and reduced lunches will not have to pay the deposit. Completion of 25 out of 32 workouts and the deposit will be returned."

Thompson Schools' Football Equipment Fee
With the continuous concern for the safety and always evolving equipment requirements, Thompson Schools will be implementing a $150 fee for every first time football player in the district. First time players consist of those student athletes coming from the middle schools or an upper classman that has not competed previously at the high school level, i.e. a junior coming out for football the first time. Exceptions from the fee would be: students who qualify for free and reduced lunch, transfer students that transfer within the district who have already paid this fee, and those students who were already a part of a Thompson School District high school football program in 2012 and/or previous seasons. If you have any further questions, please contact the athletic director at your respective school.
